The shipping and delivery aspect of our work is one of great importance to us, and is key to ensuring your satisfaction; we take great care so that your order reaches you safely, quickly and smoothly.
Since 2010 we have entrusted FedEx with our international and national shipments, with a top quality customer satisfaction with it’s speed (it takes between 1 and 4 workdays to deliver to most parts of the world), reliability and customer support.
Fedex guarantees an excellent service, from the pickup to the delivery of the package, with 0% of lost packages.

This website is operated within the European Union, and all prices are expressed in Euro.
Payment is expected upfront, and no garment will be shipped before the full price and shipping fees are credited.
For residents within the European Union, the payment options available are Paypal and Bank Transfers.
For residents outside the European Union, Paypal payments are accepted.
Paypal will process payments from all major credit cards, even without having a Paypal account.
The funds will automatically converted from all currencies.
Refunds will be sent via the payment method you chose upon purchase.
Our everyday line ships in 5 to 10 days from receipt of payment. Specific needs can be met and order processing can be prioritised, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have a deadline.
For our wedding collection, we work with each bride individually within her preferred timeframe depending on when she needs the garment/s.
In general we strive to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, keeping in mind everything is made by hand and from scratch.
Estimated shipping times:
• North America – Canada: 3 – 5 business days
• Europe: 4 – 5 business days
• Australia – New Zealand – Oceania: 4 – 7 business days
• Italy: 1 – 2 business days
• Asia Pacific: 4 – 7 business days
These estimates are based on average delivery timeframes, they are the usual but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time may vary depending on circumstances beyond out control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full satisfaction guarantee:
All our garments are returnable for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. This guarantee includes custom made garments and custom wedding dresses.
To be eligible for a refund we must be notified about the intention to return the garment within 7 days of receipt.
If you need to ship us a garment for any reason, you must contact us before shipping, we will instruct you on how best to proceed. We cannot refund or exchange packages that do not reach us.
Used or damaged goods will not be refunded or exchanged, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. All garments must be returned in their original packaging.
If your order qualified for free shipping when the order was placed, the shipping fee payed for you by Larimeloom will not be refunded (between 12€ and 40€ depending on the weight of the package).
Return postage will be paid by Larimeloom in the event of a manufacturing fault. A substitute garment will be sent to you free of charge.
