Short Wedding Dresses
There’s something different about a short wedding dress.
It changes the way you move. It brings attention to your legs, your posture, your presence without needing volume or structure to define you.
I work with shorter lengths when a bride is looking for something lighter, more immediate, a little more instinctive. There’s often a sense of ease in these dresses, but also a quiet kind of confidence.
Everything is made in my Atelier, starting from natural fabrics that feel good on the skin and move easily with the body. I cut and dye each piece by hand, shaping it gradually until it feels right.
Finding the right balance
Some dresses stay very simple. Others play with proportion, layering, or subtle details. What matters is balance between how much the dress reveals and how it sits on you without ever feeling forced.
If you’re drawn to the idea of a short wedding dress, we can start from one of these pieces or build something entirely new, working around your body and your way of being.
You’ll find a few of these dresses worn in real moments outside, in motion, in natural light. That’s usually where their character really comes through. Visit the Real Brides page to see the custom dresses each woman created together with me.
This is not about being unconventional for the sake of it. It’s about finding a shape that feels natural, effortless, and completely yours.
